Very disappointing to think that DSTV would even have Multisim Installations on their list of installers. I made a booking on Thursday 06/12/2018 with Thulile for Saturday morning first thing. I then called them on Saturday @ about 09h00 and spoke to Shannon who promised to call back which did not happen. I then called back again at 09h45 and was promised the installers would be there at 13h00. At 14h30 I called again and could not get through to them and the call was cut a couple of times. I then called DSTV and was referred to another installer who did the call-out in +-45 minutes.
